For practices and multidisciplinary teams
AEC Collection is intended for architectural practices, engineers, MEP designers, infrastructure professionals and contractors. It is particularly useful when a project requires several Autodesk programs and continuity between surveying, modelling and coordination.
From survey to verification
Prepare existing conditions with ReCap Pro, develop the model in Revit or Civil 3D, produce CAD drawings and coordinate disciplines in Navisworks Manage. The quality of the exchange depends on formats, versions and model organisation.
A collection configured for real work
You do not need to install every program. Start with the tools your practice uses, check requirements and plan storage for models and libraries. An application's inclusion does not mean it has a version for every operating system.
Cloud document management and BIM collaboration
Forma Data Management supports project document management. Cloud Models for Revit supports cloud models without worksharing, editable by one member at a time. Simultaneous Revit Cloud Worksharing requires Forma Design Collaboration, formerly BIM Collaborate Pro. Some cloud processing, such as ReCap services, may require additional tokens.

What is AEC Collection?
It is Autodesk's collection for architecture, engineering and construction. It combines CAD, BIM, analysis, surveying and coordination tools in one subscription, activated on your Autodesk account.
How much does it cost?
Personal 12 months £299.99, Personal 24 months £499.99, Commercial 12 months £799.99, including VAT: substantially less than Autodesk's official list price for the same collection. The price updates when you select the version and duration.
Does it include AutoCAD, Revit and ReCap Pro?
Yes. Autodesk's official list includes AutoCAD with specialised toolsets, Revit and ReCap Pro, together with Civil 3D, Navisworks Manage and other programs. Supported platforms vary by application.
How do I activate AEC Collection after purchase?
On the activation page, enter the email address that should receive the licence. Autodesk sends an invitation to that address with the collection assigned. From Autodesk Account, download and install only the programs you need.
Do I have to install the entire collection?
You can choose only the programs you need for your work. Each application has its own installation and requirements: choose hardware to suit the programs and projects you will work on.
Can I use the entire collection on Mac?
No. AutoCAD for Mac is available, but many core collection tools, including Revit and Civil 3D, require Windows. Check compatibility separately for each program.
Is Revit cloud collaboration included?
AEC Collection includes Cloud Models for Revit for cloud models without worksharing, editable by one member at a time. Revit Cloud Worksharing requires Forma Design Collaboration, formerly BIM Collaborate Pro. Document management and simultaneous model editing are separate services.
How many devices does it cover?
1 workstation: the collection is assigned to one Autodesk user and must not be split between people. Purchase additional licences for additional users.
Which versions and durations are available?
Personal is available for 12 or 24 months and Commercial for 12 months. Commercial 24 months is currently unavailable, as with the other Autodesk products in the catalogue. At expiry, you can renew on Licensgo with a customer-only discount.
Can I choose the year of the programs?
The selector offers 2027, 2026, 2025 and 2024. Available previous versions depend on each application in the collection and the subscription terms; not every cloud service has a yearly edition to install.
Is this a genuine, legitimate licence?
Yes: it is a genuine Autodesk subscription, assigned to your account and delivered by email, with an invoice included.
